Hand-propagated, grown and ethically sourced/maintained Wichurae moss. One of the most popular of our home grown moss offerings. Stays short, grows like a grass bed and is very easy to grow and absolutely beautiful! This moss is more expensive, but worth every penny!

Instructions: Water with distilled, RO (reverse osmosis), or rain water when the moss is dry. Wichurae moss prefers to dry out a little before being watered. You can tell when your moss is ready to water when it is paler and dryer to the touch (DO NOT SMOOSH). Do not let this moss dry out entirely. Upon initial application, discoloration may occur, it will return to it's bright green color in a few days!

When kept in containers or terrariums, the moss won't dry out as quickly, either due to surface area or higher humidity. In higher humidity, Wichurae moss will become long and grasslike.

High quality lighting is required, offering between 6,500k - 7,000k in color for 8-10 hours a day. Make sure you don't leave the grow lights on all the time, the moss needs to rest.
