We do not wholesale to non-business individuals.

*For commercially zoned businesses only. Residential delivery addresses require flat rate shipping of $99.95 for orders shipping via freight.  If a lift gate is required for delivery, please add on the "Liftgate" under Shipping additions for a fee of $79.95 that is processed at checkout.
