Mature Plant Size & Root System: This hoya is a vining plant, and can root out as it grows, seeking to root along wood and backdrops in order to climb higher. It can reach several feet long, with multiple stems. It can root in substrate or in nooks and pockets of soil placed or mounted in wood or small trees.
Temperature Tolerance & Placement in the Terrarium: 50 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, though optimally between 60 and 80 degrees. Do not place under a heat lamp. Best placed as a mounting on wood, or against a backdrop.
Edible & Side Effects if Ingested: Non-toxic if consumed, though these are typically used for ornamental, not edible, purposes.
