This aloe variety has a combination of white and green foliage and small bumps, making for and interesting contrast in both color and texture. It will occasionally produce tall bloom stalks with coral-colored flowers.

Best for These Animals: Small to moderate-sized arid-dwelling reptiles, as well as some larger reptiles if they are less likely to dig it up or trample it.

Mature Plant Size & Root System: This aloe grows 6 to 12 inches tall and wide, with new foliage coming out from the center. It has a shallow, wide fibrous root system.
Temperature Tolerance & Placement in the Terrarium: High temperature tolerance. Best placed in front (low) or as a corner placement.
Edible & Side Effects if Ingested: Non-toxic if consumed, though this aloe is typically used for ornamental, not edible, purposes. If, by chance, ingested, succulents like aloe can help re-hydrate your pet as well as provide enrichment for your animals by allowing them to instinctively forage for food.
