The Bio Dude Wholesale Program

What we will ask for:

• State Tax ID with proper state exemption form filled out for tax exemption. 
  • The Bio Dude, 15116 Highway 3 BLDG 4, Webster TX, 77598. 
  • Items being purchased for exemption: Pet Supplies 
• Business Name, Address, Phone and Point of contact. 
• Brick and mortar or online (we do not allow for online sales). 
• We do not wholesale to the non-contiguous 48 states. 
• Order minimum is $1,000.
