Soil Depth: All Soil Depths Okay
Lighting: Low to Medium Light Levels.
Humidity & Misting: Never allow to dry out completely. 70%-100%, Can tolerate 50%-60% / Suggested for optimal growth and adequate airflow. Mist several times weekly.
Use rain water, reverse osmosis, or distilled water only. Tap water may contain minerals or chemicals that can be detrimental to the plant's health.
Mature Plant Size & Root System: This beautiful carnivorous plant requires lots of nutrients to grow. It will grow outwards and taller and will readily eat any pests within your terrarium.
Temperature Tolerance & Placement in the Terrarium: Too high temperatures/low humidity may cause leaves to brown. Back/Wall planting, groundcover, or mounted (in high humidity conditions).
Edible & Side Effects if Ingested: Do not use with herbivores or omnivores.
Pot Size & Packaging: A Single 3" potted Pitcher Plant is packed in sphagnum moss, shipped in plastic pot, wrapped in newspaper.
